COMPOSITION
It is a non-precocious breed, which develops its organoleptic qualities with age.
Galicia is located in the north-west of Spain and near the Atlantic Ocean, a region with a hot and humid climate.
The proximity to the ocean allows it to give very tasty and characterful meats.
The breeding of the Rubia Gallega requires a lot of patience.
This is, in fact, raised from 5 to 15 years, to guarantee this exceptional quality of meat with such a particular taste.
Its extensive breeding considerably reduces stress and increases the organoleptic qualities of its meat.
The feed consists of pasture grasses, grasses, clover and marine plants and hay in winter.
